Cancelling Stamps.Com - Shame on !

I had before, but cancelled it. So I knew how they operated. But recently I received aletter asking me to "come back". I read it carefully, and they said you could cancel online. Plus I couldget an Amazon gift card! So I decided to sign up,but since I had problems cancelling before, I used a virtual credit card to sign up, so I could cancelthe card if I ran into problems cancelling. seems pretty attractive at first. Free Scale, Free Amazon Gift Card,Cancel Online or by calling. But what is thereal truth?

This is my story about cancelling my account.

I attempted to cancel my account today, online. Here are my steps:
(NOTE: images have some info redacted. Click on an image in the table to get a hi-res view)

I searched the website for help, how to cancel How Do I Cancel
The information says go to Manage Accounts Section Manage Accounts
I didn't see anything here about canceling, so I went Clicked change plans change plans - looking for cancel
Nothing here, so check the My Profile My Profile - looking for cancel
Still Nothing, maybe in the default payments section. Default Payments - looking for cancel
With nothing found yet, I looked for a way to email customer service, So I used Google looking to contact customer service - looking for cancel
I filled out the forms, using the best options available Request Cancel via Customer Service - looking for cancel
I clicked submit, and it came up with this Before You Submit - looking for cancel
Guess where the "How do I close my stamps.account brought me? How Do I Cancel
I submitted my request, and got this acknowledgment Customer Service Submitted - looking to cancel service

I submitted it Saturday at 11:00 am, I will post any updates.
